Manoj Jha on ECI-SIR Row: “14 On-Record Objections Were Raised in 10 Months”

Описание: Reacting to the Election Commission–SIR row, RJD MP Manoj Jha said that a story had emerged confirming concerns that people had already been raising.

Jha pointed to reports that 14 on-record objections were raised within 10 months, and stressed that the voter list is “the most sacrosanct thing.”

He further said that, following the report, in his view, such circumstances would not have allowed the concerned person to continue in office in another country.
