In this video, I share a simple and authentic Punjabi-style Chole Masala recipe explained step-by-step in Hindi. This homemade chole is rich, spicy and perfect for lunch or dinner.
🍽️ Best served with:
✔ Bhature
✔ Roti

📝 Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg overnight soaked chole
• 4 tbsp oil
• 1 inch cinnamon stick
• 3 green cardamom
• 1 black cardamom
• 3 cloves
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 pinch black pepper
• 3 tbsp curd
• 4 big onions (finely chopped)
• 2 tbsp coriander powder
• 1 tbsp chilli powder
• 5 tsp chole masala
• 4 tomato paste
• 1/2 tsp cumin
• 3 slit green chillies
• 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
• 1 inch ginger
• 10–12 garlic cloves
• 1 tsp chaat masala
• 1 tbsp kasuri methi
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp lemon juice
🧑🍳 Garnishing:
• Ginger julienne
• Fresh coriander
