In Sprunki City, Labubus are the latest craze, and Gray, not wanting to be a "nobody," joins the frantic rush to buy one. Despite his efforts, he fails to get a genuine Labubu. Black offers Gray a ratty-looking, knock-off Labubu named Fufu, with the condition that Gray must not get it wet. Gray's initial excitement turns to dismay when his friends mock Fufu's appearance. Heartbroken, Gray cries, and his tears accidentally activate Fufu, transforming her into a mischievous, Gremlin-like creature. Who will win in this epic showdown of Labubu vs Sprunki!?!
