Ingredients:
1 bagel (preferably plain, onion, or everything)
½ avocado, mashed
Cream cheese
Cucumber (thinly sliced)
Tomato (sliced)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Amoretti Pomegranate Balsamic Vinaigrette
Directions:
Toast bagel, spread on a thin to medium layer of cream cheese on each side followed by a layer of avocado. Top with tomato or cucumber slices (or both!) and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle the dish with Amoretti Vinaigrette and enjoy! (Napkins will be needed!)
