Описание: UC San Diego - MAE 3 - Spring 2025 Robot Contest Introduction Video

In honor of the 25th year of robot competitions for MAE 3, we will be returning to the original robot contest held back in 2000, featuring the Sun God statue and rings! There will be 25 rings around the entire contest table, one for each year of MAE 3. For this MAE 3 Spring 2025 Robot Contest, you are tasked with designing, analyzing, building, and testing a robot to collect the various rings around the contest table and return them to Sun God in the middle of the table.

Two teams will compete head-to-head for 60 seconds to collect and deliver the most rings to Sun God in the center of the contest table. Different scoring locations on Sun God itself will have different point multipliers for rings scored there. Rings will be color-coded to distinguish sides of the contest table, and there will be 3 pink rings, which will be accessible to both teams. All scoring will be completed at the end of the contest after all parts have finished moving.
