We love Demi Lovato's latest interview on the Ellen Degeneres show -- not only did Ellen talk about Demi being included in People's Most Beautiful issue -- and looking so healthy and happy -- as well as being a role model to teens. Ellen also brought up that the star is number-26 on this year's Maxim Hot 100 and Demi described it as weird and cool. And right now we've got a clip where Demi talks about how she's returning to the X Factor, and as can be expected, the star cracks some good jokes about why she's back to the notorious "most critical judge," Simon Cowell.
