Look at this GRAPH!!!
I measured the smallest, soldered, popular guitar patch cables to see which is best for me and hopefully it helps you decide which one is best for you! I went and bought a bunch of EBS Gold after shooting this video, but I still really like the serviceable, soldered options especially for customization.
Should I try all the solderless kits too? I really don't like the failure rate, so i passed for now.

I also had higher hopes for this video, but my laptop is so painfully choppy and slow editing the footage, it makes me crazy. Share the video so I can make billionz of youtube bux and buy a faster editing rig :)
