“ฉัน-เธอ” is I and You in English.
Thai language have many level for word I and you. For example “กู-มึง” means I and You. It is used in conversation between friends or men beacuse it's a bit rude (PeteKao use these words to call each other).
“ผม-คุณ” also means I and You. It is mostly used in officially event beacuse it kind of very polite word and sometimes it's used between a new couple who just be together not for a long time (SingtoKrist use these words to call each other).
And “ฉัน-เธอ” are in the middle level. Thai people rarely use these word to call each other. I can find people use ฉัน-เธอ only on TV dramas and (...I don't want to be influence but it's a truth) the old married couple. Yes, TayNew use these word to call each other.
