How to Spartan, by Racers,for Racers. ✨️ Episode 2: Mandatory Obstacles

Описание: Welcome back to our Spartan race rules mini series, led by Spartan Official ProAG Ambassadors @run.bake.mum and @i_am_nastacia.

In this episode we will be joined by fellow ProAG Ambassador, @mick.butera. Another passionate racer who basically does every Spartan event he can get his hands on!

Ashleigh, Nastacia and Mick Race competitively, having podiumed in Spartan in local and international events, and hope to encourage more people to get into competitive Spartan racing, whilst improving the quality of its competitive component.

When racing competitively, understanding the rules makes things run much more smoothly for yourself and fellow competitors and makes for a much more enjoyable race and experience in the Spartan racer community.

Remember that the rules can change, so keep an eye on the Spartan socials leading up to a race, read any race info accompanying your registration and listen out at the start line.
