This is the engine rebuild I did on the Bonnie in 2022.
Made for your guidance and future reference as needed.
And before you ask No I don't get paid for doing these Videos in any way. I make them to help dispel all the myths' about them out there and keep these beautiful old vintage bikes on the road now and on into the future with the younger generation.

Dynamically balanced Crank Shaft.
I replaced the exhaust cam with a 70 9989 650 cam.
Cylinders re-bored + 020"
New light weight Harris pistons.
Black Diamond Valves and v springs.
New Amal Premier Mk1 Carbs.

Factory Std Cigar type Mufflers.
Push in Headers with Balance Pipe.

Pazon Digital Altair E Ignition System.
Lithium Phosphate Battery with BMS.
Battery Isolator switches.
Podtronics 200w Regulator Rectifier.
Tricolour ignition warning light. ---obtained from (improvingclassicmotorcycles.com)
Four Pole Fuse Carrier.
Complete Re Wire with my own self made wiring harness.
Head lights and Tail lights are LED.
Extra Daylight running lights fitted.

I run with a 20:45 tooth sprocket configuration on the primary drive. Giving 50mph at 3000rpm and 70mph close to 4000rpm. 100mph comes in easy at 6000rpm.
Chain type - 530 X Ring Endless Chain.
Progressive Springs on Front Forks.
New Std 6 plate Clutch fitted plus heavy duty springs.

Frame hand painted with enamel paint.
Givi Tall Screen.
