TRINITY COUNTY COMMISSIONERS’ COURT

The Trinity County Commissioners’ Court will meet on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at 9:00 A.M. in the Commissioners’ Courtroom, at 162 W. First Street, Trinity County Courthouse, Groveton, Texas 75845. The following will be considered:

4. Approval of the Minutes of the July 21, 2025 Regular Session, July 30, 2025 Special Session and August 4, 2025 Special Session

5. Open, Review, and Award Bid No: 2025-06.24 for Road Materials and Contract Hauling/Delivery for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026

6. Open, Review, and Award RFP No. 2025.06.26 for Engineering Services to Remeasure Road & Bridge Precinct Roads

7. Hear Water and Sewer Progress for Proposed Jail from Groveton Mayor Hayden Lee

8. Discuss and Consider the Adoption of an Order of the Commissioners Court of Trinity County, Texas, Calling a Bond Election to be Held on November 4, 2025 Within the County; Making Provisions for the Conduct of the Election; and Other Provisions Relating Thereto. The Proposed Proposition Generally relates to the Construction of a New County Jail and Related Law Enforcement Offices. The Final Amounts and the Scope of any Propositions to be Presented to the Voters is within the Discretion of the Commissioners Court.

20. Discuss and Act on Agreement between Neal Smith, Commissioner Precinct Three, and Glenn and Susie Hammond to Address Drainage Issues at 224 Westville Rd, Groveton

21. Discuss and Act on Renewal of Interlocal Agreement with DETCOG for Next Generation 9-1-1 PSAP Services for FY 2026-2027

22. Discuss and Act on Renewal of Interlocal Agreement with DETCOG for GIS and Next Generation 9-1-1 ALI Maintenance Services (Database Maintenance) for FY 2026-2027
