近江八幡市の「左義長まつり」、2025年は3月15日と3月16日に開催されます。 15日、日牟禮八幡宮ではダシの宮入があり13基が一同に会しました。 ダシは食物を材料に手作りされ、今年の干支「蛇」が飾られるどれも見事な作品です。
The "Sagichō Festival" is an annual festival, held in mid-March in Ōmihachiman City, Shiga Prefecture. This video shows scenes from the first day (March 15th) of the 2025 event. On this day, a "dashi parade" was held at Himure Hachiman Shrine, where 13 festival floats. known as Sagichō, are gathered together. The centerpiece of each float is a "dashi", which is handmade, using food ingredients, and decorated with the animal that represents the year's Chinese zodiac sign, which in 2025 is the snake. At today's event, prizes are awarded for the most impressive "dashi".
