Ayon kay LRTA Administrator Atty. Hernando Cabrera, government-run and owned kasi ito kaya’t mabilis ang naging desisyon sa 50% discount sa pasahe. Samantala, patuloy naman daw ang pakikipag-usap nila sa private operator ng LRT-1 kaugnay rito.
