The Redmi Buds 6 Pro are Xiaomi's latest true wireless earbuds, offering a blend of advanced features and affordability. Launched globally in January 2025, these earbuds are priced at £64.99 (~$81) and are designed to cater to both casual listeners and audiophiles.

These are some advertised Key Features:

Triple-Driver System: The Buds 6 Pro utilize a coaxial triple-driver setup, comprising dual PZT tweeters and an 11mm titanium diaphragm driver. This configuration delivers sharp highs and deep bass, enhancing the overall audio experience.

High-Resolution Audio: Certified for Hi-Res Audio, these earbuds support the LDAC codec, ensuring high-quality audio streaming.

Active Noise Cancellation (ANC): With up to 55dB deep noise cancellation and adaptive noise cancellation technology, the Buds 6 Pro effectively minimize ambient sounds, making them suitable for various environments. But there's a significantly prominent white noise added to it mainly ti eliminate the vacuum effect usually found on earbuds with stronger ANC but this doesn't help and infact ruins the entire experience outdoors.

Dimensional Audio with Head Tracking: The built-in dimensional audio feature, complemented by head tracking, aimed to provide an immersive surround sound experience, adjusting audio based on head movements. But in reality this is just a feature that doesn't do much

Extended Battery Life: These have an advertised playtime up to 9.5 hours on a single charge with ANC off, and the charging case extends total usage to 36 hours. A quick 5-minute charge offers up to 2 hours of playback. But based on my realtime testing the results turned out to be very different.

Low Latency Mode: These don't have a dedicated mode but based on some online findings some reports say that these have latency of 45ms and some even say it's 20ms but the latter is probably not too believable.
