Getting out there and finding a cool spot to push a Classic Series 2 Land Rover around sounds very cool but it was in fact really tough to get it moving. But way a fun way to spend the afternoon!
Pushing and dropping down for my favourite #pushups. I remember when I used to do pushups on my knees. So if you find them hard, keep doing them but always try at least one with proper form. If I can do it, you can too!
Once the Landy started rolling the momentum eased the load!
I hope this will inspire you to get outside and try something that is out of your comfort zone!
