On The Scene: A Laguna court has issued an arrest warrant against businessman Charlie “Atong” Ang over his alleged involvement in the disappearance of dozens of sabungeros or cockfighting enthusiasts. Ang faces kidnapping with homicide and kidnapping cases before three Regional Trial Courts: Lipa City in Batangas and Sta. Cruz and San Pablo in Laguna. The CIDG director urged Ang to surrender peacefully, stressing that authorities are actively pursuing him.
