Ready to streamline your cable knitting? Enter cabling without a cable needle! It’s true - it can be done, and it’s not as scary as it may seem.
I do want to recommend using a sport to worsted non-superwash yarn, there’s lots of reasons for this, but mostly, the way superwash yarn is treated makes it slippery.. dropping stitches is never any fun. You can absolutely do this with thinner yarns, but I’d recommend starting with a thicker yarn first.
The pattern for this particular cable is:
Row 1 (RS): k4
Row 2 (WS): p4
Row 3: C4B or C4F
Row 4: p4
Repeat rounds 1-4
