Описание: There are some major New California Real Estate Laws taking effect in 2026. The most significant of these is Senate Bill 79, which goes into effect this July. This law gives the state the authority to override local zoning laws and impose high-density housing near qualifying transit corridors, effectively stripping cities and residents of local control. As a result, established residential neighborhoods could see 4 to 8 story apartment buildings constructed with reduced or even eliminated parking requirements, fundamentally changing the character of those communities.
