In honor of Heart Health Month, here’s a quick and easy dinner that comes together in about 15 minutes using 3 heart-healthy ingredients!
• Drizzle salmon with extra virgin olive oil + your favorite seasoning (I am using @TraderJoes Fish Rub)
• Bake at 400°F for 10–15 minutes (perfectly cooked at 145° — I pull mine out around 135° to keep it juicy!)
• Serve with a fresh green salad topped with avocado and a simple olive oil + red wine vinegar drizzle with some garlic salt
• Need a quick side? Microwave a sweet potato for an easy, filling addition
