ASSIST PLUS pipetting robot: How to set up a HIT PICKING program in VIALAB

Follow this step-by-step guide to create a hit picking program:
In VIALAB, click on New and choose between one of our two standard decks.
Choose one of the single channel pipetting modules.
Choose two GripTip sizes as the single channel pipetting module is able to load two different tip types to cover a wide volume range.
Continue with picking the labware, for example, three 96 well plates with hits and one 384 well plate as a target plate.
Go to Method and add a new step.
Scroll down and select the hit picking step.
Import a worklist based on INTEGRA's templates.
Adjust additional parameters such as pipetting speeds or pipetting heights.
In the simulation tab, you can check the program.
Finally, go to the transfer tab, name the program, and either transfer it to the pipette or start it directly from VIALAB.
