It's important to have a wider, more conceptual understanding of the Queen's Gambit Declined opening that includes these variations. Each variation for each game is listed below.

The Queen's Gambit was first studied in the Göttingen manuscript, the earliest known work devoted entirely to modern chess. This was written in Latin, around 1471, and its authors are unknown. 549 years later, the opening's name was used as the title of a Netflix drama that had Anya Taylor-Joy captivating audiences locked in their houses due to the global pandemic.
