Strong Start 2026 | 30 Minutes Full Body Bodyweight Strength Workout (No Equipment)
Start 2026 strong with this 30-minute full body strength workout, designed to work your legs, glutes, core, and upper body using only your body weight. This workout is perfect for home training, requires no equipment, and is suitable for beginners to intermediate levels.
The session includes a warm-up and cool-down and focuses on controlled movements, strength, stability, and functional fitness. Strength training helps build muscle, improve posture, support joint health, and increase overall energy for everyday life.
Workout structure:
• 3 exercises per set
• Each set repeated 3 times
• 30 seconds work / 15 seconds rest
• 30 seconds rest between sets
