Today on Fit Tip Tuesday I'm going to share an easy way to customize the fitting allowance you need to add above the waistline to balance the front/back leg. If you're using the TDCO method of fitting pants, this will really come in handy! I received a question from one of my students about how to tell if they would have too much (or not enough) fabric above the waistline if they just add a standard amount of fitting ease. I've gotten away from taking lots of body measurements before starting the fitting process... But there is a quick rise measurement you can use to figure out what you need to add above the waistline so you have enough to balance the front/back leg... but not too much or too little! Join me to see how.
