“We’ve Got Management Issues” | Complacency Creates Risky Tree Removal

Описание: We’re back out at the tiny house site prep where Legend and Mayberry are wrapping things up before I head off to look at a tree removal job for one of our longtime customers that just got back in their home after Hurricane Helene last year.

After checking in with Legend to help take down a few trees near the power lines, I head out to squeeze in some work on our land development project… but Shane ends up getting the dump truck stuck and that slows things down a bit.

Later, I’m back at the tree removal site working solo with the bucket truck to get everything on the ground for the crew to clean up the next morning. Making some sketchy moves after they brought the wrong saw for the job. The next morning, we jump in to help the clean-up crew before heading back to Legend’s site where he’s ready for ballast. We get a local trucking contractor on the task so our trucks can stay focused on moving equipment.

In between all that, I stop back to help Steven’s crew clean up, quote another tree removal for their neighbor, and then we all meet up back at the shop. I head out from there to take down the neighbor’s trees we quoted the day before, then circle back to the tiny house site… where there hasn’t been quite as much progress as I’d hoped.
