NOTIFICATION
Subject : Online Registration of Class IX (2026)
This is to inform all concerned that, as notified vide Circular No. EMU/C/34 dated
24.04.2026 (circulated during the distribution of Marksheets and Certificates), the Online
Registration of Class IX students of the Academic Year 2026, who will appear in the
Madhyamik Pariksha (SE), 2028, will be conducted through https://wbbsedata.com from
13.07.2026 to 25.08.2026.
The Minimum Age Circular and other allied instructions will be available on the
registration portal. All schools are requested to carefully read the instructions before
submitting the online registration forms.
Important Instructions:
 The auto-generated Individual Registration Form of each student must be preserved by
the school and produced before the Board whenever required.
 Both Online and Offline payment modes will be available. However, QR Code payment
facility will not be available.
 In case of Offline Payment, the printed remitted challan must be submitted to the
concerned Regional Office of the Board within 7 (seven) days from the date of payment.
 As per Notification No. DS(C)/88/26 dated 15.06.2026, schools that have not remitted
the prescribed fees relating to PPR/PPS-2026 shall not be permitted to access or
complete the Online Registration process through the registration portal until such dues
are cleared.
