Gang violence has plunged Haiti into chaos. After the resignation of Prime Minister Ariel Henry, stakeholders are attempting to establish a transitional governing body until elections can be held. The gangs that control most of the capital Port-au-Prince launched an armed campaign almost two weeks ago sending the nation into violent conflict with warnings of possible famine and civil war.
