This is my Christmas single for 2025. I was asked to compose the music and do the arrangement for a radio DJ working in and around Leeds who had been writing lyrics. This was Tom Kelly. I read the lyrics and it felt like I could produce something happy, bouncy and warm using his words and ideas of spending Christmas in Australia instead of the cold on Northern England.
I tried to get the Australian feel with some noise effects I made up to sound a bit like a wobble board. I hope you enjoy the feeling I hope this song will create.
