King George Beach on Kangaroo Island, South Australia was a lovely fishing spot. It was a 40 minute walk over the cliffs from the car park in front of the small pebble beach. It was a difficult walk but we enjoyed it - the cliff views were spectacular. We spent a relaxing couple of hours fishing on the secluded sandy beach and were rewarded with a few small fish. Sadly no King George Whiting though! Note: there are no public roads to the beach so you have to hike in.
