Описание: What’s going on gainsters! In this big fitness world that we live in everybody wants to do the big flashy stuff. That could be impressive feats of bodyweight strength, lifting heavy weight, or doing a backflip off of a building. Amongst all the big stuff people skip the little things ! Things like flexibility, mobility, a good warm up, and stretching. These little things make the difference with the big things. These little things are also the things that prevent us from getting injured

In this video, I show you a an upper body routine that I do before EVERY SINGLE WORKOUT. It has kept me healthy, mobile, and strong.
Don’t skip out on this stuff ! It’s important !

In part 2 of the video I’ll show you the dynamic exercises you should do before your workout

The Mobility drills in this video are as listed
Overhead Overhand Rotations (10 reps)
Overhead Underhand Rotations (10 reps)
Figure 8’s ( 5 reps each side )
Head Shoot Through ( Static Hold ) ( 20 seconds each side )
