Gen-X wasn’t built for 5G life. We were raised on sarcasm and skepticism, not doomscrolling and news cycles that refresh faster than we can think. But overload isn’t just personal — it’s civic. A dysregulated society makes worse decisions, and worse decisions make everything feel more chaotic.
