It’s Week 3 of Full Body Strong and it’s time to challenge ourselves to increase our weights and push to get a few more repetitions out each exercise! Let’s do this!
You’ll need a variety of dumbbells to complete this workout. I used a set of + 5kg/10Lbs + 7kg/15Lbs + 12.5kg/27.5Lbs dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level
There are 4 Tri-sets to complete 2 x through. Complete each exercise for 45 secs work/15 secs rest + a finisher
Tri-set 1

3️⃣One DB Bicep Curl

3️⃣X Body Front Raise

Tri-set 3
1️⃣Alt DB Snatch to Shoulder Press
2️⃣O’head Tri Ext
3️⃣Cossack Squat

Tri-set 4
1️⃣Neutral Grip Piston Chest Press
2️⃣DB Frog Pumps
3️⃣DB Bent Knee Situp

Finisher
1️⃣Devils Press
2️⃣Commando Plank
