This stuff really works. I painted cinder block church basement walls on 2 areas and it’s been dry ever since. I did paint onto the floor to help get a better seal. I also needed 2 coats of paint both with a roller and brush to get into all the grooves. I needed to use 2 cans of the FlexSeal spray paint to get behind the pole really good. You CAN NOT paint over the gallon paint. So if you want to seal the wall and then paint over it use the flexSeal spraypaint as you can paint over it. Worth the money for a dry basement.

We used this product to re seal our 22 year old camper, It goes on easily, and smooth. Be sure to prep the surface by cleaning it and allow to be fully dry. Check the forecast for a few days with no rain before application. We used a brush to go all around the vents and fridge cover as well as the ladder. Put on a light coat first, let dry for 4+ hrs and then reapply the second coat. Looks like brand new again. No leaks for us!! Highly recommend. But watch item as the price can fluctuate alot.

I have used only a small amount on the kickout of my 5th wheel. It went on very well after two coats of there primer was used. I used less the a quart on an area 9'3" X 3'2". I used a semi- smooth roller but think a smooth would work better. All in all I think this product is very good and the price is great. One more thing i did was use Dicor cleaner first.
