This is one of easy-ish champions to solo if keeping distance. Clear other mobs before attacking champion. Use swiftness and keep an eye on other mobs.

Power Dual-Pistol Autoattack Deadeye is really good at soloing open-world PvE champions. This build works in raids/strikes, fractals and dungeons too!
It is also great in general open-world content. Everything gets defeated very quickly from Unload, especially when pressing F1 and then F2. Some random mobs might get one-shotted from F2. Gameplay is basically F1, F2 and Unload. Collateral Damage trait in Deadeye traitline is very good for tagging/damaging other mobs around marked target. Deadly Aim trait in Critical Strikes traitline makes pistol projectiles pierce and gives a 10% damage boost for pistol and harpoon gun. This is very good trait for a group of mobs if mobs are lined up or close to each other.
Set pistols' Unload to autoattack with Ctrl + Right-click.
Super-easy AFK mode:
Take Signet of Malice heal skill (this should be enough if careful)
Take Invigorating Precision trait from Critical Strikes traitline
Equip Relic of Zakiros
