Most singers don’t realize how much their body is sabotaging their technique.
These are the three machines I use constantly because they target the structures that actually influence breath and stability.
Lat pull-down – develops the back and breathing muscles so the ribs stay open instead of collapsing.
Kickback – lengthens a tight psoas and activates the glute, which most singers underuse.
Oblique twist – frees and strengthens the obliques so your support system isn’t rigid or collapsed.
The voice responds when the body stops fighting it.
