Do you have rats and worried they could have a parasite like lice, mites or something else? In todays video we show you some examples, talk about causes and even possible treatment options.
Mostly focused on rodent lice we talk about possible ways your animals could have been exposed, symptoms to look for if you think you have it in your collection and even ways to prevent!
We personally treat all of our rodents 2xs a year as a precaution (spring and fall) remember that you can not feed off any animals that have been treated or any of the offspring whose mom has been treated and they have nursed off of! It takes anywhere from 1-3 months for it to fully be out of there system.
