LawHelp Interactive (LHI) June 2021 Bi-Monthly Call: Insight from a National Disaster

Описание: In this call, we shared insights on the role of forms and the needs of those without lawyers when the nation closed, including courts, legal non-profits, clinics, and self-help centers. We focus on barriers by those who only connect with mobile devices, and lessons learned during Covid on how forms help and how design centered around those in need can alleviate unnecessary barriers and stress.
