I’m not a gamer — but I have not been this excited about a video game since Portal and Portal 2. And the fact that this game is a Thomas & Friends game still feels unreal.
With Thomas & Friends: Wonders of Sodor, it finally looks like we’re getting a Thomas game that isn’t just made for kids, but for older fans who grew up with the series and always wanted something more serious.
In this video, I share my first impressions of what we’ve seen so far, why this game feels different from past Thomas games, what stood out to me in the trailer, and one complaint I already have (yes, it involves James).
If you’re an older Thomas fan who’s been waiting years for a game like this — this might finally be it.
