Every single dish served at the Salumeria is prepared fresh on the day, and nothing is frozen and reheated. The Salumeria outlet caters for quick, healthy lunches and snacks at very low prices. All the products on display within the Salumeria can be consumed within the Salumeria or in the palazzo's courtyard or even purchased for home use. The Salumeria menu allows patrons to select from a wide choice of salads and antipasti made with the gourmet products on display, or even design their own antipasto by choosing their preferred ingredients and have our Salumeria chef prepare the dish to order.
