DHABA PARATHA
INGREDIENTS:
500 gms (4 cups) flour
4 tbsp sugar powdered
2 tsp salt
4 tbsp oil + extra
1/2 cup ghee (clarified butter)
1/2 cup flour extra
Oil for frying.
METHOD:
1.make a soft dough out of first four ingredients
2.keep for rest till an hour
3.now devide dough into 10 to 12 balls
4.take one ball and make a round roti
5.now spread 1 tsp ghee spread it evenly on the round roti
6.then sprinkle some.flour on it
SQUARE FOLD
7.fold it in square shape and keep aside for an hr
8.now take.that square shape folded dough and join all four corners and shape it in a ball & keep aside for 30 min
SPIRAL FOLD
9 roll the roti and make a long rope ,then wind the srip round and round and tuck the edge under neth.
10.for frying heat the pan and make paratha out of prepared dough and shallow fry both sides.
