If you’re planning to travel to Puerto Rico, a visit to the town of Manatí is a must! In this video my wife Zory and I explore Manatí end-to-end, including the beautiful “Nuestra Señora de la Candelaria y San Matías” Church, built in 1729, even before the town was founded, Luis Muñoz Rivera Square with its beautiful tile mural by Carolina artist Cecila Orta, the “Joaquín Rosa Gómez” Arts Center and so many other monuments that you’ll need to watch the video to discover.

Then we hit the beaches. Yes “beaches” because Manatí has several and they’re all great. Finally, we do a flyover of the beautiful Tortuguero Lagoon, a caiman infested area that’s presently off limits to the public.
