We all know the fourth wall at this point, right? It's a device in fiction that lets characters acknowledge the outside world in some way if they choose to break it. In fighting games, this can occur when characters literally hit the wall, acknowledge their own universe, or just want to talk to the player. There is no character restriction. I can be a boss or comic relief character, or it can be a serious character who just finds a way to hit that wall, and I'm showing my favorite examples of it!
