In this vlog i start the day decluttering and cleaning my nyc apartment from laundry to dishes before heading to the gym for an hour on the stairmaster as part of my 75 hard journey. after my workout i stop by whole foods to grab groceries and cook a nourishing dinner at home.
the next day i head out for a reset style day in the city getting my eyebrows done stopping by sephora picking up cleaning essentials and grocery shopping again. once i am back home i share a grocery haul and cook another simple dinner while chatting about upcoming travel plans health and life lately.
