100 species already… and the year’s only just getting started!
We head back to North Norfolk to boost this year’s list with a mix of missed birds, returning favourites, and a few exciting extras.
First up, we try again for Glossy Ibis, a species we dipped a few videos ago. This time they’ve moved from their reported spot… but do we manage to track them down?
Next, we search for an Eastern Black Redstart, a stunning and very rare subspecies that’s always a special find.
As we continue exploring North Norfolk, we connect with a large flock of one of my favourite winter birds — Snow Buntings — before ending the day with a serious rarity hunt…
A MEGA rare Black-winged Kite has been reported, and we head out in hope of catching a glimpse of this incredible bird of prey.
Milestones, redemption birds, winter flocks, and a mega to finish — classic Norfolk birding at its best.
