They get the job done and I didn't need to have more than what is already on hand. Two ring slings is absolutely a carry you can do. Two newborn twins in a ring sling front carry works great and they are in the perfect carrier for upright nursing on demand. As babies are older and can sit with more head control you can transition to a tandem ring sling hip carry. As ring slings are rated by the stitching limits of 35 pounds, you can successfully tandem hip carry in two Ring Slings through toddlerhood. Here the girls are three years old and 30 pounds and the use of two ring slings allows balanced weight on each hip.
