💡 WHAT I LEARNED:

Playing music is different from listening. When you perform, even casually, there's stress – concentration, fear of mistakes, physical coordination. My HRV crashed to 8.2 at the start.

But as I settled into the music, something shifted. HRV doubled to 16.7. Not because I relaxed completely – but because the music took over.

This isn't about perfect numbers. It's about what happens when you stop thinking and start playing.
