Works perfectly with truck tents. How do you keep it pressurized? You can pressurize it with the hose you are filling it with or any portable compressor as it has a valve stem just like a car/bike tire. It took less than 2.5 minutes to pressurize it with the compresson.
Keep your stuff clean, wash your gear, drink water, put out your fire, all with a water source that follows you where you go. Wash off sandy feet at the beach before getting back in the vehicle may just be my favorite use.
