Derbyshire County Council propose to downgrade this unclassified county road to Bridleway status.
GLASS has formally objected to their proposed order and we hope to force a public inquiry. If you have ever driven this lane we need you to provide written user evidence, particularly usage before the
2006 NERC Act.
What are your recollections of the lane, and have you any photographs of it being used by 4x4s or trail bikes before 2006?
