20 minute Fartlek (Speed Play) Interval Workout that I do at home. It is great if you have built a base of aerobic fitness and want to get a little quicker and fitter. I use this workout when I run but it is also great for on the indoor rower - my favorite piece of exercise equipment.
Workout includes
5 minute warmup and drills
3 x 1 min hard 1 min easy
4 x 30 sec hard 30 second easy
4 x 15 sec hard and 15 sec easy
Cool Down
