Paired with Aime’s Haitian-American background, Boss’s production sonically ties the Haitian-birthed genre of Kompa with Afrobeat and American soul music to create the track’s authentic approach to modern island soul.

No stranger to collaboration, Boss tapped local instrumentalist Martronimous for the track’s expressive trumpet solo. This single, much like the rest of the upcoming album, features many local musicians & songwriters.
