We flew from Orlando (MCO) to Buffalo, spent one epic day at Niagara Falls meeting friends from Canada—marveling at the frozen beauty, mist, and holiday lights—then drove 60 miles south to charming Ellicottville, NY.

We stayed 4 days at Holiday Valley Resort, enjoying snow play with the kids, resort grounds fun, tubing, mountain coaster rides, and cozy vibes. Evenings meant exploring festive downtown Ellicottville—shops, warm meals, and small-town charm. It was the perfect pre-Christmas adventure full of laughter and memories!
